Part of my company deals in real estate

Part of my company deals in real estate and leasing. A tenant of one of our duplexes left her wedding dress behind, saying she didn't want it. I am getting married in May and was happy to take it off her hands. It is not quite the dress I want, so I was hoping to price it and sell it so that I can buy the dress I want, but I cannot find a designer tag anywhere on it. I am finding the tag that says how to care for the dress, and a small tag on the zipper with some numbers on it, but nothing comes up in a search. First of all, is there a special place they put these tags on a wedding dress? And second of all, how on earth do I price it so that I can sell it? I have no idea what to sell it for!

Second hand wedding dresses that aren't passed thru' a family are kind of creepy for some people. They figure someone had some lousy luck. You'd be surprised how even the most openminded women get superstitious when it comes to wedding dresses and baby clothes.

My sister used to "inherit" gorgeous clothing from another little girl. She died of cancer and my mother threw everything out. Tons of clothing. It creeped her out.
